This review is about ease of ordering. Ordered food via the phone. Person was polite and to the point. They have a pick up window for door dash but call in to go orders you must go in. Ample parking for to go orders.

Happened upon this awesome place for lunch after seeing the Van Gogh portraits. The food is reasonably price and really good, but the lamb shawarma we had was very greasy- I couldn’t eat it all.

The best French Fries that I have ever eaten. And I have traveled over 15 countries. Crispy outside, perfectly seasoned, creamy, delicious inside. The house salad it perfecto. Very fresh veggies, and the fetta cheese on top is so good and not dry like most fetta but a creamy goodness that will have you coming back for more. That is a good fill-up for me, but if you go on, their other items are tops. And yummy beer, my buddy got a Carlsberg, and I put down a Belgium wheat called Hoegaarden absolutely delicious. I seriously recommend this place. The only thing negative is that they close at seven. I come to GRAND Rapids just to have the fries.

Best place to pregame before hitting a show or game. While not traditional this place hits all the right spots. Fresh, fast, inexpensive. Great pricing on all drinks and portions that I didn't think would be profitable. A large shawarma salad can feed two easily as well as the fries. Cheapish parking as well. I've been eating here since the days of the Park Bar and cannot wait to see where they build next.

My favourite spot for a pre-game meal and drink. We always receive an abundance of food that is fresh and delicious. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating and never hesitates to check on us. Highly recommend!

Normally I come here at least once a week and don’t have any problems. Today I tried calling in to order and the phone system is down so I come in and place my order. Two chicken shawarma boxes and I’m pretty sure that I got the chicken sticks (the smaller version) in my boxes. Was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to go back, coworker said “If this is the new size of the sandwich it’s all bad from here”. I hope this was a simple one time mistake.

Every time I go in there they mess my sandwich up. They never get it right. Extra garlic on my sandwich. Light lettuce, sport peppers. I end up getting burnt chicken. Too many tomatoes, no garlic. I'm a chef too and you all need to stop using the ends of a tomatoes to put on people's sandwiches and salads. That s*** is nasty

You should be sure everything is in the bag that you ordered. The young ladies were less than enthusiastic or diligent in taking and preparing the order. I was missing some things and I noticed a few other customers come back with incorrect orders. The food was delicious, though.

Be prepared to be double charged at checkout. After I swiped my card and successfully paid for an $11 charge, the cashier and manager adamantly told me the charge didn’t go through and insisted I needed to swipe again. Long story short, two different charges showed up on my card, even though I received only one receipt. This seedy outfit might have come out ahead an extra $11, but they lost a long-time customer.
